Advisor questions
How much does a DECA chapter license cost?
Chapter licenses are $300 per year for up to 30 students, $400 for 31 to 75 students, and $500 for 76 to 150 students. Chapters above 150 students are quoted individually. Every tier includes the same features, with unlimited practice for every student on the roster.
What happens if my chapter grows past its tier during the year?
Email connect@caseace.app and we will move you to the next tier and bill only the difference for the remainder of your term. Students are not cut off mid-season because your chapter recruited well.
Can the school pay by invoice or purchase order instead of a card?
Yes. Email connect@caseace.app with your school's billing details and we will send an invoice you can run through your usual purchasing process. Tell us if your district needs specific vendor paperwork and we will fill it out.
How do students join the chapter license?
You get a chapter invite code. Students enter it during signup and are placed on your roster automatically, with premium access applied. You do not have to create accounts or distribute passwords.
Do students need their own credit cards?
No. That is the point of a chapter license. One purchase covers every student, which avoids asking teenagers to pay for their own prep.
Can I see what my students are doing?
Yes. The teacher dashboard shows practice activity, average scores, and per-event breakdowns for everyone on your roster, so you can tell who has actually prepared before a conference.

No. Case Ace is an independent study tool built by DECA competitors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by DECA Inc. Practice cases and exam questions are written to match the competition format and the published performance indicators.
