View event guideCase Ace supports 36 DECA competitive events across 6 career clusters: Business Management & Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, Personal Finance. Each event has its own performance indicator pool, case format, and judge expectations.
Pick the cluster that matches what you actually enjoy — marketing, finance, hospitality, business management, entrepreneurship, or personal finance — then choose between an individual roleplay series and a team decision-making event. Principles events are designed for first-year competitors, while the series events are more competitive.
Individual series events give you one case and one judge on your own. Team decision-making events pair you with a partner and usually allow longer prep and presentation time. Both are scored on official performance indicators.
Yes. Every event page includes free performance indicator flashcards, sample case prompts, and the official competition format. A free Case Ace account includes AI roleplay practice with judge-style feedback.
