By accessing and using Case Ace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Case Ace is not affiliated with DECA Inc. We are an independent educational platform designed to help students practice for DECA competitions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly, yearly, or seasonal).

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription, contact us at connect@caseace.app for a full refund. After the first 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Upload malicious code or engage in any activity that could harm the platform
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content on Case Ace, including practice cases, performance indicators, and platform features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the platform, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

Case Ace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for your competition results or any decisions made based on AI feedback. Our platform is a practice tool and does not guarantee success in DECA competitions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
